Gar Business Solutions (garbusinesssolution.com) is operated by Isaac Garstecki, an Operations & Payment Consultant based in Nashville, TN, serving businesses across all 50 states. This policy explains how we handle the information you send us through this website.

• Your name and business name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your approximate monthly credit card volume
• Any message or notes you choose to include
• A credit card processing statement, if you choose to upload one
• Basic technical information about your submission (such as a one-way hashed value derived from your network address) used only to limit spam and abuse

A processing statement is the only reliable way to see what you are actually paying to accept cards — interchange, assessments, processor markup, and any added fees. We use it solely to prepare a cost comparison for your business. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell it.

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a private, access-controlled database. Uploaded statements are stored in a private storage location that is not publicly browsable and has no public URL. Statement files are never attached to notification emails; when a statement is reviewed, it is opened through a temporary, expiring link.

Access is limited to Isaac Garstecki and authorized personnel of Gar Business Solutions who need the information to prepare your comparison, plus the service providers that host this website, its database, its file storage, and its email delivery.

We do not sell your information. If you ask us to price or submit an application, we may share the details necessary to do so with a payment processing partner or underwriting bank — and we will tell you who before we do. If you only want a comparison, your information stays with us.

Uploaded statements are automatically deleted approximately 30 days after submission. Contact information and the notes you provide are retained so we can follow up with you, until you ask us to delete them.

Email isaac@megapayments.com and ask us to delete your information. We will remove your submission, including any uploaded statement, and confirm when it is done.
